As Project Director, Ava Muench is responsible for the planning and execution of projects and oversight of project teams. With more than 25 years of experience in construction management in both public and private markets, she has managed a broad range of renovation and new construction projects, including high-rise, higher education, residential, animal care facilities, public park venues, tenant improvements, core-and-shell buildings, rapid transit, aviation, and many more. In addition to her project experience, Ava has a passion for mentoring and for implementing processes and controls, which fosters the growth of our project teams and provides important leadership in our rapidly growing Construction group.
