The puritans were a group of people who disagree with the Church of England and made their own religious in the 16th century. They believed that the true law of God was the Bible itself and in there the plan of living was written. They thought that the church should change so they kind of purify it to adapt their own lives in it. They believed that the only way to reach God’s salvation was by preaching.
