FYI, Tenths is the first after the point, thousandths is the third and so on....

So round it off, the "3" is smaller than 5 which makes the rounded number the same. So 26.74 still remains 4.

If it is 26.745, then the value will be 26.75 as the thousandths place is bigger equals to "5" , adding a one to the rounded off number
