Molar mass of O2 = 32g/mol

No of mol= 16/32 = 0.5 mol

2 moles of Oxygen react with 1 mol of N2

1 mol of oxygen react with X mol of N2

X = 0.5mol

Molar mass of N2 = 28g/mol

No of mol = mass/molar mass

Mass = 0.5 × 28 = 14g.
