Solution

We can use the following points from the graph:

(0,-2) and (2,1)

And we can find the slope on this way:

[tex]m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\frac{1+2}{2-0}=\frac{3}{2}[/tex]

Then we can find the intercept on this way:

1= 3/2 (2)+b

b= 1-3= -2

Then the equation would be:

y= 3/2 x -2
