Given expression is:

[tex]f(x,y)=-x^2y^3+2xy^2-3xy[/tex]

To find the value at x=2and y=-1 put these valuesin given expression:

[tex]\begin{gathered} f(2,-1)=-(2)^2(-1)^3+2(2)(-1)^2-3(2)(-1) \\ f(2,-1)=4+4+6 \\ f(2,-1)=14 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So the value of algebric expression at x=2and y=-1 is 14.
