Given the expression 4/3x+2/3=1, we are to find the value of x from the expression. This is as shown below;

4/3x+2/3=1

subtract 2/3 from both sides

4/3x+2/3-1/3=1-1/3

4/3x = (3-1)/3

4/3x = 2/3

cross multiply

2(3x) = 4(3)

6x = 12

Divide both sides by 6

6x/6 - 12/6

x = 2

Hence the value of x is 2
