9x² - 6x + 1
1st method:
Factor 9, you will get 9( x² - 6/9 x+ 1/9). Or 9(x² -2/3 +1/9)
but 9(x² - 2/3 x + 1/9)   this can be written as 9(x - 1/3)²

2nd method: Solve this quadratic equation by finding the zero values.

x' =[-b + √b² - 4ac] / 2a and x" = =[-b - √b² - 4ac] / 2a
a=9; b=-6; c=1, hence [6+√(36-(4)(9)]/2(9) = (6 - √0)/18 x = 6/18 = 1/3
even x" =1/3
and ax²+bx + c = a(x-x')(x-x") =9(x-1/3)²
