2 23/10 how i got it was the 2. in the front is the whole number and 23 is the first number and the second could be 10 because 23 is a tenths number hope this helps!!

2.23 as a fraction would be 2 and 23/100. Since the "3" is in the hundredths place, the fraction has to be over 100. The 2 in front of the decimal point (.) is the whole number. That means 2.23 as a fraction would be 2 and 23/100.
