city of Manchester is among the most largest in England in terms of economy. However, it is also known for its economic inequality. Although known for its number of millionaires, more than half a million are living in poverty in the city. Reasons cited include uneven growth of jobs, high prevalence of low pay, and that many people lack necessary work qualifications.
