What were the main criticisms of great society programs by neoconservatives?

Neoconservative is criticize because they support the foreign policy. Some also take the issue that they are lack of concern with the consensus international through United Nations, a certain Paul Krugman believes that the neoconservatives cause the war unrelated to the bombings of 9/11 which attacks and fought for wrong reasons.
